We would like the show to be held in the Birmingham area. This will give you the chance to take your beloved Mini to its birth place. We are hoping that the factory will still be there in 2009 since the demise of Rover. It may be the last chance you get to see the factory as it was.
The Club has attended nearly all of the IMM's and has the expertise, enthusiasm, and understands you expectations to make it a great event.
The club has had a number of meetings, we came up with the following, to make the IMM 2009 Special.
Great Trade Stands
Full weekend programme of events
Friday and Saturday night full entertainment
Discounted Ferry Crossings (yet to be finalised )
Workshop area to give your Pride and Joy the TLC for your trip home. Parts available from Traders and local suppliers if needed
Great British Hospitality Including a bar (which we will endeavour to keep the prices as low as possible)
On the Sunday we want to hold a Mini Show for general Mini enthusiasts which IMM visitors will have free access. However general visitors will NOT be able to attend the IMM evening entertainment
Our aim is not to profit from the event - as your entrance fee will be spent on providing you with a show to remember. If any profit is made, will be donated to local Charities in the Birmingham area.
